Singing Time August 8

Those who were trying the best to learn our new song, "A Child's Prayer" got a chance to wear, or have their teachers wear, some great wigs or a fake beard.

CTR Bear Spotlight- Turtle

Turtle is 7 years old. His favorite scripture story is Daniel and the Lions. He likes when he gets to play hang-man in his primary class. Turtle likes science and likes to play video games and play outside. His favorite primary song is "I am a Child of God." One time when he got to choose the right this week was when he went to bed without getting up, like his mom said.

Bishopric Message

One highlight of Primary is when a member of the Bishopric comes in to share a message each Fast Sunday. The Bishopric members are so exciting, they are almost like super heroes! This week Brother Pueblo talked about miracles and brought a special guest with him: his baby son Dallin.

Valiant John

This Sunday we learned about John Anderson in Primary. He is 9 years old, likes the army and Disneyland.

He brought this picture of him at Disneyland when he was a baby.

Singing Time Fun

Sister Voigt was our Substitute for Singing Time today in Primary. We were glad to have her filling in and also appreciated having Sister Hodnett fill in on the piano.

To encourage Senior Primary to get excited about singing, she would pick someone who was doing a good job and they got to have a turn to come up and cut off a piece of her husband's tie.
